Welcome to Pride House Health and Human Services Foundation
Pride House Health & Human Services Foundation is a family-owned, contract-based residential and support services provider. This site is designed as a central hub for staff, partners, and stakeholders to access leadership bios, organizational policies, annual reports, and other resources. Our commitment to safety, compliance, and community-focused care guides everything we do.
MISSION
Pride House Health and Human Services Foundation is dedicated to empowering justice‑involved youth through structured, supportive transitional housing, holistic case management, and restorative care. Our mission is to reduce recidivism, promote long‑term independence, and help young people rebuild their lives with dignity and accountability.
OUR VISION
We envision a future where formerly incarcerated youth are not defined by their past, but uplifted by opportunity, community, and compassion. We strive to be a model of culturally responsive, trauma‑informed reentry support—where healing and growth are just as prioritized as compliance and stability.
